Love this app! The exercises are so relaxing and I feel an immediate lifting effect after each time I do them. Love it that it is also narrated by a human and that there is a human doing the demonstrations. I use it every day! Worth the money😊 thank you!
Haven’t even used & already requesting subscription commitment!
App looked promising. Advertising stated as free w/In-app purchases.
Went to give it a go. Answered some Qs to get started & it already leads me to a subscription page.
With a free trial, it’s not false advertising on a technicality, but it’s deceptive & I couldn’t find anywhere to skip the subscription option.
App seemed like it’d be good, but I won’t know, because I’ve deleted the app, not having even experience a single feature (& especially after seeing others’ issues with subscription charges).
I would consider subscribing, if I got a chance to try it out in my own time & enjoyed the app. But no joy at this time; only disappointment.

Great app, annoying music
I’m really enjoying this app. I like the diary function that prompts you after a your first workout of the day. Super easy to use with low motivation.
The music is driving me up the wall. Can you add a function in the settings to be able to choose between music + voice and voice only?
