No more arguments
When I used to keep calling my children all the time, they used to get irritated. Now that I can check their location in my phone, things are better between us.
Doesn’t work after trial
I used the trial version of this app and seemed to be good. As soon as I paid the subscription fee of roughly $85, the app didn’t work. I would block their devices at certain times and it never did it. When ever I would search their location, it would ALWAYS say at home/my location and not where they actually are. I’m so cranky that I waisted so much money on an app that doesn’t work. We are suppose to trust apps like this to help keep our kids safe and safe we get ripped off on something that doesn’t work.
This happened with IPhone X, iPads 9th Gen

Hi there, may I know your kid's device OS? Can you check if your kid's phone's GPS is on and restart your kid's phone to see if location data will update? Zero Customer Support
I have submitted numerous requests for help through their “live chat” box. It’s a dead chat. Never a response even though they make you put in your email for “better service “. I also tried their 24hour phone support that I had to pay international call rates for; and after guessing which option to choose as they don’t mention famisafe and waiting for 5-10 minutes they play a message to say nobody is there. So far the product is glitchy and with a little help it may work but I guess I will never know.
