Seamless experience
Just a seamless experience with Farfetch. Not only is placing your order and navigating the website so easy, but then notification through to shipping is fast and reliable. When you receive your goods they are beautifully and securely packed and often there is a message from the retailer included. (so delightful to have a small boutique in Italy send you a personal message) It is both efficient and personal. Couldn’t recommend Farfetch more, and deserves a high rating review for a seamless end to end customer experience…
Excellent Online Shopping
Always a pleasure shopping online with Farfetch. There is an excellent range of designers and up to date fashion styles to choose from. I enjoy trying my purchases at home in my own leisurely time. Customer service is outstanding and returns are so easy with DHL. Once Farfetch receive the returned items, the money is quickly refunded back into my account. Thank you Farfetch Team! I love Farfetch
Farfetch has great fashion with ease in looking, buying and returning.
Returning is so important to me as I stress about not getting my money back or it being difficult. As a result I buy much more (not great for my bank account) but Is pleasant shopping. I really love Farfetch not deducting money for sending back an item.
They also notify every step of the way.
I look at Farfetch everyday. I love it!
