Feiyu ON 4+

I can’t change the motor strength and panning speed on my MG Lite through the app. It just won’t let me. Maybe an update is required?

So very disappointed n the app Specifically purchased a Vimble 2A to work with my GoPro hero 8. The Vimble 2A itself seams a very solid product , however the app is flakey, it drops out there is no camera selection for it to connect to the GoPro here 8. The app has been downloaded 7 times and I’ve now tried to connect it to my camera 68 times. The app right now won’t even recognise the Vimble 2 a let alone give me a chance to connect to my camera .... surely you could have some quality control, fix spelling errors , make an app that works solidly for all the advertised camera ie GoPro hero 8 ???? Make an app that connect automatically when launched , make the app with a updated user interface and make it stable !!!!!!’ You have a good product with the Vimble 2A and its functionally is good with the GoPro hero 8 but w tho it being able to connect my camera to the fumble because of a terrible app, It’s useless to me..... I will be seeking a refund for my expensive yet very good Vimble 2A because your app doesn’t work !!!!’ Very very

By any standard the SPG2 is by far the most expensive gimbal for phones on the market. Their application for this gimbal, however, appears to have been made by apes.
It continually crashes half way through videos, does not shoot panoramic videos.
Has ads when you launch the app. Has a UI, UX that looks like it was built in 2010.
Moreover, the AI face tracking needs a major overhaul as the system freaks out when you turn to walk away and then turn back to the camera. You should instead make it a object tracker as this may assist better.

I’m tired of having to select my device each time I use it, just pair the device and have the software detect what device I’m using. It’s an additional step for no reason.

The software is also full of spelling mistakes. Who is on your QC team?

All in all, I was going to buy the smooth 4 Gimbal as it had a far Supior selection of tools in the app, though, if the Osmo 2 had a more solid build it would have been the preference.

So, my advice. Whilst the SPG2 is solid, is the most expensive, it does not work with its software. Try the Osmo2 or Smooth4 device. This product is not yet functional, even though it’s now been around 3 years.
