Field Agent 17+

This is by far the best app I’ve come across & is a great way of earning a little extra money on the side. There are a range of different jobs including sampling food & answering a few simple questions. Being paid to try something - definitely can’t complain about that. The best thing is you can cash out as many times as you like whether it be $1 or $100 there is no minimum. The jobs are easy, relatively quick & have clear step by step instructions. Although you may find yourself not wanting to mention it to too many people and keeping it as your dirty little secret, as jobs get snapped up fast.

So far I have earned about $100 in 6 weeks and jobs while they are there are generally easy to complete & well paid.
Money seems to take a long time to withdraw- I have been waiting 3 days now and it also takes along time for admin also to reply when you have a question- 24 hours to 4 days and some questions have not been responded too at all.
I often get regular notifications that certain jobs will be available all weekend when in reality they are only available for a few hours - which makes it hard to co-ordinate time.
They do say not to go out of your way for a job but let’s face it - everyone has to go out of there way to some degree to complete tasks & it is very annoying when a job that is supposed to be available disappears.
Sometimes only to reappear again once you get home.
Also the gps is occasionally inaccurate & some information is not correctly provided by Field Agent - they claim you will still be paid if you email them but this has not happened yet. If you supply slightly inaccurate information- or submit from a location different to the one supplied by them - even if it is in fact correct you will not be paid.
So definitely some potential to earn money but could be improved to make it more user friendly and faster admin support would be ideal

App is easy to navigate around and allows you to go back and forth on questions.

Frustrations include unable to type on horizontal screen. Unable to get access to original instructions when completing assignment.

Photo taken do not save to library. Some photos I took did not process and I was unable to provide photos. I was denied payment because of this.

Also the enlarge image function of your photo does not work on IPhone 7, so you cannot check the clarity image. I was then denied payment due to my photo not being in focus. This was frustrating and I could not check of this was correct ad I could not check my library.

Lately the in the assignments a bug has become apparent. You cannot see the image they have in the guidelines. This occurs in the GoPro assignments. You need these images to check the guidelines as these guys are quick deny payment for smallest in accuracy.

GPS function is generally good. But I was denied payment when I uploaded a coffee assignment in central Sydney. Despite uploading the assignment at the designated location, my GPS hit a mobile which a sister Cafe used. I was denied payment as they said I did not complete the the check at the correct cafe. I had no receipt or a photo to back myself up.
