Order again function missing

Please bring this function to the app. Also, bug that clears the order when you have an existing cart then add the promo for the free bowl to the cart.

Glitches

I’m not sure if the app automatically marks the order as ‘ready to be picked up’ after the 15mins mark? Whilst standing there waiting with no other customers, I finally flagged down a staff who had no idea about my order. Then finds my order from the printer and it hasn’t even been made. What’s the point in me ordering earlier and I have to wait almost 20mins for it? I should have just lined up and it would have been faster.

Also, the first time I used it, it was so confusing. Why are the yellow bars continuing to move like it’s ‘in progress’ when it’s ’ready’? Myself and with 2 others were standing there waiting to only to see it was ‘ready’ but the bars don’t change. Stupid.

Smaller servings when ordered through app Surfers Paradise

I’ve been a twice weekly customer of Fishbowl for almost six months now and I always order the same salad in a large with mixed leaves as the ‘base’. I’ve always received the bowl filled almost to the top.

Today I used the app for the first time and picked it up in store at Surfers Paradise.
I ordered a large but when I opened it at home, it wasn’t even half full. That’s like ordering a burger and getting half a burger.
It’s not like I’ll take it back to the shop front.

So I guess the app is bad, because when you order in store, you can check it there before they seal the bag.
