Guys I really love this game but your after sales service is shocking. I was told I could get my money paid back after an update set me back to lvl 1 and went on Facebook and gave you the proof of purchase I was told I would get a gift redeem card to the amount I spent. Well over $400 AU but since then you guys won’t answer me. I even went to your DEV part and put in my complaint. And still I heard nothing. I have started this game again and again I’m paying cash for boats gear and other snot to fish. But it would be Stella if you could pls look up in your face iOS msgs and pls finish buy giving me back the credits in the amount I paid and have shown the Apple Store purchase dockets for. Mind you. That $400. That was for 1 year. I’ve been playing since 2022 pls guys fix this prob as I am a paying customer and love this game see I still give 5 stars
Great game but needs a few issues sorted
Great game, lots of fun once you learn how, lack of a decent tutorial means you have to try and figure out what to do which can be annoying. Lack of clear fishing with rod instructions means I have snapped many lines and have to pay for overpriced new line and lure. Do the fish get tired if you let them swim on line, doesn’t seem like it which means there is no alternative but line snapping.
Takes a good few minutes before game catches up with latest weather settings etc. Free look camera waaaay to touchy and pretty useless. Have spent money before but last time I got charged twice for one purchase that I didn’t get, then got charged again the following day when I didn’t make a purchase, letting my bank sort that one because the lack of support contact options is non existent. Hard to believe they can charge money but not provide any support???
Some minor bugs like when you return to game the markers don’t remove, same with lines you have retrieved, this sometimes fixes if you go somewhere else. Also had a number of times where I have put lines out and come back to game a few hours later and my lines have just disappeared.
Other than that a pretty decent game, but can’t figure out nets, never caught anything and help is very limited. Long lines are pretty good. Would I recommend this game, if they get the payment issues sorted yes, otherwise not sure, unless you don’t intend to spend money then go for it. Hours of fun.
Great game
It is very fun game lots of fun also I like the game because it has lot of cool boat millions of fish and lots more If this game had tides current and actual waves this game would be awesome and like you can have a boat trailer and car and you could drive to place to place with your boat so it is easier for bad player to level up I think this will make the game very entertaining and could not get bored as much :))
