You can actually use this app!
I bought this app (along with a couple of other postnatal specific exercise ones) a few weeks ago, and it is by far the winner for me. You don’t really need any equipment, and the workouts are varied and well-planned. I think the things I like most about this app are that there is a targeted pelvic floor workout, the time for the workouts is very realistic (but don’t worry - you will still get a great session), and you can pause the video to go attend to your baby. I am definitely getting my strength back, and am (in a rather sadistic way) enjoying having sore muscles again without going to the gym!

Loving this App so much to help me get back into some exercise after 3 babies in 3.5 years. I was previously very fit, but have definitely neglected getting enough exercise in since having kids. I’m slowly easing myself into running (with physio advice!) and exercise again and this App (and its exercises) have been so perfect for that. It feels great to be getting some fitness back and the App is perfect for a busy mum with its clear and short videos. I came across the App online and it’s fantastic that it is free!!!! Better than anything else I could find online.
Must have for mummies
Having just had my first bub I loved this app! I appreciated the acknowledgment of what my body had just been through and there were a variety of exercises that suited where I was at postpartum. I wanted to concentrate on my pelvic floor but didn’t know where to start/ what to do- this app helped, the videos were very user friendly and I sort advice from a woman’s physio as recommended, along with the app exercises I am regaining control and building strength in my pelvic floor.
