Great app

I've been doing the exercises provided by this app for two weeks now and I can already see some improvements in my body and I'm quite happy about it. They're not even difficult to do and the application is very easy to use. No more excuses for not working out.

Nice app

I love this app! It got all sorts of workouts depending on what I need at the time and how much time I have to spare. It also allows me to keep track of my progress with graphics and before and after pics. I would highly recommend this app.
