Constantly having to log in is frustrating

I’m all for using an app instead of carrying physical cards so I was pleased to hear that we could use the app to check into gyms. That was until I actually had to use the app!! The first time I used it I had to login with 2FA that was fine because I thought fair enough first time no problem. However to have to go through this every single time is so annoying. As a few other people have said gyms are often located in basements or other areas where reception can be patchy and this makes logging in constantly extremely frustrating

Apple Watch App Needed

Since the change in the app to being required to sign in rather than using a physical card, you need your phone with you. As convenient as this may seem, it’s not ideal having to leave your phone by the side of a pool when swimming.

Creating an Apple Watch app for this would solve this issue and be more secure than needing the phone around.

Not a fan of the constant printing for location access in the app. It should be able to be dismissed permanently and only enabled again if you want to use the gym finding feature. If you know your regular gym or pool, the location isn’t needed.

Removing swipe card scanners and forcing this terrible app

For a while this app forced me to use 2FA every time I wanted to open it, which was shockingly annoying. It doesn’t work on an older phone leaving people out in the lurch who might have an older operating system, or a non smart phone. The app is glitchy and frustrating. Our cards were working fine and I hate using the app instead of just scanning my card while entering the facility.
