Crashes and is just a white-label app of Fuel Watch
White label app that’s probably an idea that someone came up with at the boardroom table of trying to add value when it doesn’t - couldn't save a favorite petrol station, just crashes the app otherwise two stars, one star if it added value, which it doesn’t so no stars here but had to select one star. Tracking mileage with every fill and using geo location of the service station you are at would add value. There is one for your next boardroom app unveil.
Not useful at all, there’s plenty of room for improvement.
The app in its current state is not useful at all.
Some suggestions for improvements (which are things that it doesn’t do).
- Update the provider stations. There are plenty of stations that accept Fleetcard but are not shown on the map. This is the most basic function that users expect from the app. I hope poor attention to detail isn’t systemic in other areas of your business.
- Use live fuel data feeds from governments to show live pricing after adjusting for discounts AND additional charges applied for using the Fleetcard.
Wildly inaccurate. Not sure what the point of it is
Having moved from one fleet provider to Remunerator which partners with this company I’m not sure how this app benefits me.
It shows various providers near me which don’t exist and doesn’t show those which do exist.
And those which it shows which exist don’t line up on the maps and addresses are also incorrect.
And l live in a small town.
I don’t what it’s like in say, metro Melbourne.
Needs more development.
