From searching and applying for jobs, to onboarding, booking shifts, and submitting timesheets, the free-to-use Flexy app ensures all your temporary work requirements are accessible in one place. 

Find casual work with Flexy: 

With Flexy you can find and book quality temp jobs in your area, with fair hourly rates and quick payment. The Flexy Jobs Australia app is free and easy to use with a super-fast registration process so you can start searching for jobs quicker.  

Flexy takes the hassle out of job searching and makes it easy to find temp work that suits your schedule. You can search for jobs based on the type, location and hours you want. Whether you’re searching for part time jobs, weekend work or simply want to find out what gig work is like, Flexy is the app for you. 

Once you’ve signed up to Flexy, you will need to book a short video call with one of our team to validate your right to work in Australia. After that, applying for temp jobs is as easy as a tap of a button. 

Manage flexible work with Flexy: 

Once you’ve been offered your ideal job, the Flexy app will guide through everything you need to do to complete your onboarding so you can start work. 

You can track your temp jobs, book shifts, check your upcoming shifts in the app and receive shift reminders to help manage your schedule.  

Submitting your timesheets is easy in the app. Working shifts? When you arrive for your shift, simply check-in on your phone which confirms you’re in the right place at the right time. When you finish, check-out and submit your timesheet through the app.  

Working a long-term assignment? You can submit your timesheets daily or at the end of a week. 

It’s easy to track your earnings and payments in the app. As a Flexy employee, when your timesheets have been submitted and approved, we ensure you get paid quickly and securely whilst receiving the right amount of superannuation and paying the right amount of tax. Payment is processed every week, one week in arrears.
