Not able to login
The website is lagging every time. I login with a new ID and it is asking for a new password that i didn’t even set ever. And if i click forgot password option it is unable to do so and the OTP option is not working either . I have done this thing with multiple devices and the same result is there i even logged in with another ID bit still the same thing occurs. And I am trying it for the last two days. Kindly see through this situation.
Account has been blocked without any notification
My account was blocked without any information, being a Flipkart plus customer for past 8years, ordered around 2500 products. As a regular customer, I have always been satisfied with the products and services provided by your website, and I have recommended it to my friends and family. But without any intimation or a proper communication my account has been blocked, i was so shock by seeing in the login page, felt disappointed. When i tried to reach customer care, no proper details or service was provided. It seems like Flipkart stopped caring about genuine customer. I would highly recommend everyone to stop using flipkart as your account can be blocked anytime and all your warranty on the purchased good doesn’t exist anymore.
Refund rejected on an unopened product
I had bought a phone by mistake and I wanted to return it. I had no reason to keep it with me so I did not open the package. It still is unopened. I requested a refund as it was complete unopened and not even one scratch on the outer lamination. However Flipkart rejected the refund saying the reason I have given is a wrong one, which is ridiculous as they don’t allow us to write our own reason and ask us to select it from a predefined set of answers. I called the help centre which is of absolutely no help at all.
I am just thoroughly disappointed with Flipkart. The quality of services have degraded gradually. Last few orders had to be returned or refunded. With the phone fiasco it’s the limit. I am done with Flipkart.
