…which is downright rude, considering we've already bought their camera. Are they trying to claim ownership of our creativity? Besides which, they cover up a sizeable part of the already pitifully small image. First and last time I buy flir.
Old review: Don’t buy a Flir product if you want to own your images; flir “claims” them with a huge unremoveable logo on the top left. Disgraceful. Imagine if other camera manufacturers did this to every image, every video.

I can’t get over the amount of effort to even download photos from my C3 onto this app. Now looking to get rid of the aforementioned app and my Flir C3 camera. Paid a substantial amount for the camera and have had nothing but issues from day one. Don’t get me wrong, it takes a great picture but after a 1/2 hour leak detection the battery symbol starts flashing and then proceeds to turn itself off. Lift your game Flir. Not real happy with the product of such a prominent player in the industry.

Sorry to hear about this. We just released a new version of the app. It will not address your battery issues, but maybe it will give you a better app experience. Thanks for sharing your experience so that we can improve.

Every time I need to get images off my c5 I remember how painful it is.

The app has a convoluted way of pairing with the flir ignite account, but then doesn’t work. My camera will upload to the account, but this app won’t download from the cloud.

Occasionally after many refreshes the camera appears in the device list, click upload and the camera display changes to a basic thermal image with no controls. Only way to fix it is by rebooting the camera.

Camera is latest firmware, this stupid app is the latest.

It has so much promise but is marred by incompetence and complicated ways of doing anything.
