Great service
This trip has been our first time traveling Delta, we have been impressed with the service from the check in right up to ease of collection of our checked in bags.
The check in at San Francisco for our flight to LA was particularly easy, the gentleman on the check in desk was very helpful
Surprised at the level of empathy
They were there getting in done in this complex COVIT time. Tests taking much longer then committed. Delta stepped up with refunds and flexibility of alternate flights. Will definitely fly with them at every opportunity. :-)
