Pick-Up is simple - you make your order and then collect your food from the restaurant once it’s ready: no more queuing, ever (our app is magic). If you choose delivery, we’ll bring delicious food right to your door.


First, enter your address (apartment/ office/ treehouse). Then choose your favourite restaurant and place an order. They’ll prepare your food and once it’s ready, our courier will bring it right to your doorstep! We know, food is exciting. If you can’t wait, just track your rider to follow your meal.

Good overall

Used to be on the Deliveroo train but moved over to Foodora because a lot of restraunts over free delivery which is a nice little saving. Not sure how the riders are getting paid if it's free delivery though? One thing I don't like is that you can't rate the restrauant or give feedback after your meal has been delivered. Had the most disgusting burger from California Burgers the other day but couldn't give feedback. Also a cuss timer service line would be great, surely it wouldn't be that hard to have one staff member manning a phone? Overall though Foodora has been my go-to service at the moment. Would like to see Nandos and Maccas added!

First and last order!

I was excited to see one of my favourite restaurants is on Foodora. I placed order at 8pm and it said 75mins which I was fine with. When the time was up, instead of receiving the food, the waiting time went from 1min to 85mins. I contacted customer service for an explanation and how long I need to wait and got no real answers. What’s even worse, the customer service left the chat in the middle of the conversation. I tried to contact again and ask for cancellation this time, got NO RESPONSE. Subsequently, my order was canceled at 9:52pm.
I had waited 2 hours and got NOTHING!!!
I did receive an email saying I would receive ‘$5’ discount as a result of cancellation. But hey, yes food cancellation after 2 hours waiting is NOT OK. NOT RESPONDING to customer is 10times worse.
In conclusion, foodora is not for me. Is it for you? If you have patience and tolerance of bad manner.

Worst experience ever!!!

Few weeks ago I downloaded the app. I’ve ordered a burger with my boyfriend from a restaurant that is literally no more than 10 minutes away from where we live. Surprisingly it took them 3 hours to get us the food. I was talking to support in the chat room the whole time and they were unable to contact the driver ( on the map it showed that he was in one house for over 2 hours), they couldn’t find a new driver and finally after 3 hours of waiting we got our food delivered by Deliveroo!!!!! After I had to complain to them - I send 4 emails and they have not responded at all!!! Never using it again and recommend to anyone. I am sharing this experience with as many people as I can and the only reason for this is that they didn’t respond to any of my emails...
