Disappointing
Terrible App as it never automatically uploads your reservations and when you try to add a reservation to your itinerary it doesn’t recognise the confirmation number. Such a lost opportunity for such a great brand to drive engagement with their customers.
Such a poor app for such a good chain
Terrible app. Difficult to use. Keeps crashing.
Delays are unacceptable
Really it takes more than 10 minutes to receive a verification code only for the app to say its invalid
Profile stats at 85% complete , app takes ages to open
Cannot edit phone number details it did not update my stay other than arrival no link for feeback on hotel in fact no copy of invoice at all just a call hotel option
