Designed to help members manage policies on the go, view the progress of claims and see remaining extras limits for the whole fam. Plus, no need to remember another password – securely log in with biometrics tech. How convenient!
You can tap your digital card to claim on the spot at your service provider, or lodge a claim in under 60 seconds from the comfort of the couch. You can also use Live Chat* to speak to real local people about your policy, so you can multitask while (binge) watching your fav show.

Simple and easy to use
Nice and simple, but I’d love to see a feature where the card is accessible on the app since a lot of the time when I claim and I don’t have my card on me and the practitioner will ask if I can access the card online which I can’t so I was hoping this app would have this feature integrated!

Finally an app for Frank!
What I appreciated about the app was that they made submitting claims so easily accessible. The layout was clear and I was able to easily navigate it with no issues. It’s very beneficial especially if you’re in time constraints! I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
