You can lodge a claim in under 60 seconds, from the comfort of the couch and use Live Chat* to speak to real people about your policy. So, you can multitask while (binge) watching your fav show.

Finally an app for Frank!
What I appreciated about the app was that they made submitting claims so easily accessible. The layout was clear and I was able to easily navigate it with no issues. It’s very beneficial especially if you’re in time constraints! I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Simple, easy to navigate with appropriate links, straightforward. As most have already mentioned it would greatly help to have a digital card for the ewallet! Keep up the good work !
Simple and easy to use
Nice and simple, but I’d love to see a feature where the card is accessible on the app since a lot of the time when I claim and I don’t have my card on me and the practitioner will ask if I can access the card online which I can’t so I was hoping this app would have this feature integrated!
