Living in a small beachside town, there isn’t really a lot of choice in funky boho clothing! FP have an amazing range and even though they are located in the US there has never been an issue with prompt delivery! In fact it's an exciting day when the carton arrives! My favourite things are the dresses, shoes and boots! (Especially the boots - great quality - perfect size - and original style)! What more can a girl ask for? X
Great but needs improvement
Excellent app, just needs some minor adjustments. When changing the currency it often reverts back to USD. When you go to change it back and continue shopping, it automatically takes you back to the original homepage and you lose the section you were previously looking at. Would be great if it would stay at the point you left it (eg half way down looking at ‘sweaters’ when clicking on another section of the app so that when you click back on “fp” you can continue shopping instead of having to find the same spot again.
Gorgeous designs but app has bugs
Been shopping at Free People for a few years and have been very much obsessed with their pieces that are just so comfortable and one of. kind. They ship relatively fast to Australia and their range has been copied far and wide by boutiques for their impeccable timeless styles that cater to a different range of tastes. I live away from the city and being able to shop here anytime and score great prices is just so amazing.
The app has been good but many bugs in the past year. Hey FP, please fix your app and maybe let the wishlist be functional again.
