Good system for small business
I think people in these reviews don’t realise that Fresha is just a CRM system for business owners. If you are having an issue with not receiving a refund etc, it’s the business you are dealing with, not fresha.

Worst company to deal with
Fresha are absolute thieves!!
Charged me $230 for an appointment I didn’t turn up too over 7 months ago.!! The only reason I didn’t turn up is because I was in a car accident that morning, and the salon also told me I WOULD NOT be charged. When trying multiple times to contact customer service, they’ve replied only once saying that I need to dispute it with my bank… no other replies, no other assistance, nothing!!!! They are scammers and I’m telling you now, DONT TRUST THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!
