Subscription service conditions:
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period

Amazing service!
There was a pretty major bug with this app. On the off chance I contacted the devs on their Facebook page. They had the bug fixed within 10 hours and were communicating with me the entire time. Amazing customer service! Unique in my experiences.

Great idea
I read all the review and they are all pretty positive however the people I’m matched with don’t talk back and I’m wondering if there is anyway I can rematch with other people to expand my matches. I really want to be able to make friends on here but haven’t had great success

Thank you so much for your review. Our matchmaking algorithm just went out not long ago so once all our users go through the flow again your match count will pick up :)
There is also an option on the matches page to update your answers if you feel they are not matching you with the correct users.

Hardly to get message
Been using this app about two months and it seems hard to receive a message. Been appear in my badges that I receive a message but apparently is nothing, no one left message for me. Please fix the issue and if possible try to make it easier for us to use like other popular app. Can’t send picture in this app as well.

Hello, the app is now under new ownership and we are working to optimize the chat functionality. We have fixed a few bugs since February so please update the app and login and it should be working properly now! We do not have picture sending as a feature at this time but we do have plans to add that in the future. Feel free to contact support@friendly.app if you need any assistance.
