Great game
I love this game. Energy takes a while to refill which can be frustrating. I have played this for five years but since over the last 2 days it freezes and crashes during the game. I can no longer play this as it dies after about 5 moves. I have restarted the game, restarted the iPad and closed all other apps but it still crashes.
Since my last contact the game stabilised and I was able to continue playing. Since it updated overnight it is crashing again. Can you please address this as I am unable to play more than 7 or 8 moves before it completely shuts down.

Keeps crashing can’t play it after update
My Frozen Free Fall game just had an update then crashes when opened during the loading screen and I cannot play it, won’t let me open the app even when I try to hard reset my device it just crashes, here is the update version (12.6.1). Please fix it, has this issue been happening lately when everyone who has this app, I’m sad I can’t play it for a while I enjoy this game a lot, I’m very sad that I can’t play it. I really would like the app to get fixed so this problem does not occur to me again, also I’m concerned about the game crashing may delete my achievements and I will have to start all over again, I played this for a year now but I can’t play it because it crashes and sends me back to the home screen, it’s just impossible to try to force app to open but it will never let me open it, it’s not a good idea to delete it because otherwise I will lose my achievements, also I’m missing out all of those events.

Not working 😢
Love this game usually but Need to fix freezing problem, cannot access the plaza. once you press on the shield to access the plaza it says loading and freezes up. Also it’s been ages since anything new was added to the plaza store, when are we getting new stuff? Pretty much over my game freezing just as I’m about to pass the level 😡 so over these problems about to delete this game if it doesn’t get fixed soon!
