Fun game but
This is a fun game helps pass the time the only thing that could be fixed is you need the choice to move patients around, example if you have 3 GPs but all your patients are going to only one of them you should be able to move them to the other vacant GPs
Awesome game but needs improvements
Chat log has bugs where it doesn’t scroll to the most recent chat, you have to scroll manually to get to the bottom, problem with chat time stamp, someone makes a comment and an hour later it still says 1 min or 5 min, so it’s not accurate. I can cure patients whilst offline but doesn’t earn the money, not sure if intentionally set game like this or if it’s a bug, but you should’ve earning the money offline if curing the patients. Otherwise brilliant game and would give 5 starts if bugs are fixed.
Edit: It has been activated since I started the game, and still have this issue.

Ok but could be better
Game run well but has been centred around the need for real money to progress pass lvl 60. Which was fair enough if you played to lvl 60 the devs deserve your support and you are enjoying the game. However now they have decided to add additional add in the game your reward for completing a task is an ad. Sadly I feel this new money maker scheme will be the start of many more. And has removed my desire to support the game with the occasional diamond pack.
