Galaxy on Fire 2™ HD 12+

I’ve been playing GOF2 since I got my iPhone 5c (about four or so years ago). It’s a freaking amazing game and to this day it’s a game I cannot put down. The fact that you can get all this content for free with beautiful graphics is beyond me. If you’re looking to buy the Valkyrie and Supernova add-ons, I definitely recommend you do - it’s very much worth it.
I now play on my iPhone XS Max, and I seem to have encountered a bug where the value ‘0’ comes up as blank. For example, if I have ‘0/425t’ of cargo on my ship, it will just show ‘/425t’. This is the same when I’m shooting down ships and they come up as ‘0%’; they will just show ‘%’. The supernova add-on, when you transport people, will show ‘/10’ instead of ‘0/10’ in your ship if no one has boarded. You get my point.
Furthermore, the notch on my phone as well as the pesky sliding home button blocks out my possibility to change between secondary weapons, as well as blocks out some text when showing descriptions of items/ships. I would like this to support notched phones, but I find it to be a very minor issue.
Nevertheless, this game deserves six stars if I had the option. It’s definitely down as my favourite mobile game. 5/5 for that.

Absolutely amazing game, one of, if not the best on the App Store, and it's FREE. Only a few gripes with the game though that make the extreme difficulty almost unbearable at the start.
1. Inability of allied NPC pilots, I can't help but notice that allied NPC pilots deal minuscule damage.
2. Complacency of enemies, enemies instantly target you when you enter a system, even if already engaged with others in a dogfight.
3. In extreme mode the hitbox of enemies is reduced to the surface of their ship, however I cannot say the same of my own, the hitbox remains the same even in smaller ships, I am still damaged even though I see their weapons hit the edge of my screen.
I hope these issues are fixed in the next instalment, even if doing so requires you to charge your customers.

Even after years when it first came out, this game is still one of my favourites and haven’t had any problems apart from the (very rarely) occasional crash when I’ve played all day while away from my Xbox.
Great storylines, awesome HD graphics, well-coded reliable programming, great sound effects...
What else could I have asked for? 🤔... 😊Nothing! It’s perfect and fun just the way it is.

Some dlc/update content ideas:
1: Ability to explore more than a section of the galaxy and explore the WHOLE galaxy?

2: Ability to fly down to planetary surfaces? (I’d LOVE to see what’s on the surface of some beautiful Earth-like planets I’ve seen)

That’d be great, but if number 2’s not possible without making the game size so freakin huge it’d need too much more storage space, that’s fine. Just an idea, and I love and greatly appreciate having our own home orbital station. (Shima system, Kaamo)
