No matter the name or gamer tag I put in, always tells me it’s wrong and doesn’t exist. Deleted instantly

Crashed when ever I used. Deleted the app I had premium and won’t let me log back into the account I had premium on

Hello,
If you saw one of our two announcements, you'd be aware that our backend had some temporary downtime due to a change in Ubisoft's backend, which was unfortunately out of our control. We acted on it immediately and spent a day developing a solution, which is now in place.
As for your Premium, it is not tied to any "account" in GameSense, because there is not an account system at all. Your Premium purchase is linked to your Apple ID. You can "Restore Purchases" on any device you own which is logged into your Apple ID of the original purchase, to upgrade again for free.
Was good last season but hasnt updated stats since then
This app was good when it was last season but now it isnt since its very outdated. What also is a problem is when you use the camera to search up stats about 80% it gets about 2-4 usernames wrong.
