Come and move with us ! At Gap Pilates it is our mission to get you moving whether you’re a gym lover looking to increase your range of motion, a mum looking for somewhere to exercise that is child-friendly, or maybe you haven’t thought about exercise since that Year 8 beep test. Our classes are designed with all bodies in mind and we are here to fill that gap in your fitness.
We offer a child-friendly zone for every class where the kids can cheer mum and dad on and observe movement as a positive experience.
We also offer specialised classes for our prenatal clients to ensure they feel safe and supported to experience fearless movement in their new bodies.
