Freezers

Hi I’m on level 851. Every time my game freezes while I’m playing it. So I loose a life every time. Please fix as I really enjoy the game. Corinne Me again. Still freezes and not only did I loose a life and have to start that level again but I have to log back in. Tonight I lost a game,was almost finished that level. As soon as I purchased 25 coins it went blank so I lost the coins as well. Seriously thinking off uninstalling the game altogether. Corinne. I had over 2 days of life left. Then it went down to 15 hours and now I have none left plus I used the 5 life’s. it’s wrong. I know even if your not playing the game the hours still decreases. I should still have around 10 hour left.

Hi is it possible to restart my game back to level 1. I’m on level 5036 and finding harder each level and I’m not enjoying it any longer.

Hi, we completely understand your situation. Although we're constantly adding options and making updates to improve our game, kindly note that the option to reset the player's progress isn't available. If you're still going back to where you left off even if you've reinstalled Genies and Gems it is because the games are intended to work that way to help ensure their level progress isn't lost. Thanks for understanding.

Dissatisfied

This game is good except for the following... Expensive to purchase, and when playing paws round, when multiple paws snatched it rips you off in moves. i.e. amount of paws caught don’t equate to moves made... Also free spins rewards could be better for levels achieved... instead of receiving one of everything, one butterfly why not 3 or 5 etc....and in all the time I have played it, I have never spun a multi jewel... but plenty of 1 hrs... which are not relevant. Who has an hour to play this game? it would be nice to get a little bit more with this game.

Fun game at first but becomes frustrating and depressing because there’s not enough moves given to win if you don’t spend money on it to buy tools etc.

UPDATE: crashes quite often since the update to the game and IOS...just freezes and I have to quit and restart which means I lose lives.

Worse though is how demoralising the game can be..some levels are nearly impossible to win without tools: too many snakes and they jump on every useful move and completely block areas making it impossible to win even if you have good strategies - I’d need a bevy of tools to win the game - you can’t get rid of them (when you make them move they’ll jump on the same area I just cleared using up all my lives) like the jelly stuff which at least you can blow up. I can eventually...like after playing the same level for days and days... win it but it gets so boring and demoralising It makes me want to give up altogether- not fun!!!

On the plus side if one does persevere they do now have regular competitions and you can win tools and more lives which makes the game rewarding.
