German in a Month 12+

I really dont like this app. There are not many options, its not compatible with an english keyboard (you need a german keyboard) , picture cards great but it doesnt give you the english word for the german word. Only the picture card. Which means you have to try and figure out what the picture card is trying to say then translate it on the translator for the german word. Too hard to deal with and not teaching me , i want a refund.

I have been learning German for some time now but continue to struggle with cases (Nominative, Dative etc…). This application is excellent value for money and takes the 'student' through simple structures to more complex structures (i.e. compound sentences). No explanations are given but the student 'learns by doing'. If you are planning to learn a language using tools (apps) on your computer then this is one that should definitely be included. I'd say it's maybe even essential - especially for the money.
To counter the above…. The title is perhaps a bit 'grandiose' because it seems unlikely (to me) that someone could learn German in a month using this tool alone. But note that the authors actually (only) claim to teach the basis. And younger people may make progress faster. Some of the pictures could be improved because in some lessons the example photos are not sufficiently distinctive but this will not prevent the person learning (nor will this teach them mistakes - it's just a minor annoyance).
Definitely one of the best tools I've found (so far)!
