App seems to fail at critical times
While not the best designed or user friendly booking app I’ve used … making s a booking is generally easy.
My issue is when at the car and looking to connect or return the car the app will hang if fsil. Very frustrating and can be quite stressful.

Essential for those who don’t own a car
Very reliable platform. Customer service is prompt and responsive. Understanding when things go wrong and helpful to make things right. Essential part of my life.
Cannot press book now button
I have never seen such terrible UI design. You cannot press certain buttons, and there is no ‘back’ option. It is wrong to give hope and then not work at the last min. The contempt for iOS users is evident. Shame, cos it is actually a good idea.
