Dewa Is the best

On arrival to Bali, Ngurah Rai International Airport, i was worried I would not be able to feel find our driver Dewa amongst the hundreds of drivers a aitung their clients. This wasn’t the case, as he had a professionally printed big and bold sign for both my partner and I to see and with a honest smile on his face, we were greeted warmly to Bali.

We found Dewa to be polite, well dressed, punctual, well spoken, pleasant and knowledgeable on all matters concerning things to do in Bali. His vehicle also was clean and tidy and very comfortable to ride in on our trip to Ubud.

On our way to Ubud Dewa gave us an insight into Bali life, things to do, cultural insights and priceless general knowledge from a local.

When we arrived to our accommodation in Ubud our host was not there, Dewa did not hesitate to get on to tracking down our host and waited with us of his own will for upto a half and hour without expectation.

Quite simply, Dewa went over and beyond his service and I would recommend him to all national and international clients looking for an honest and professional service with a personal touch.

WARNING!!!!

I booked a driver with this app for a 1:45 hour journey and then 3 days before he cancelled as he said he is sick. Which is fine because these situations happen. But then I decided to book a transfer for a car for 5 hours instead of from point A-B. There are two options on this app. Firstly you can book a specific route- A to B. Second option is to book the car for a specific amount of hours.
When you join the app, you can immediately make a request for a transfer.
When I made the request for a 5 hour booking, I accepted an offer and when I was contacted on whatsapp by the driver and informed that there would be additional costs for the long distance and for the airport also. So I decided to cancel the booking as I had already mentioned that we were going a further distance and also the airport in the Notes to driver section of the booking. I then contacted Get transfer and was told that I couldn’t be reimbursed my 100Euro because it was less than 48 hours notice which is in the contract. This is unacceptable as it’s not my fault I needed to cancel! I also paid for a new driver and now I am unable to contact him as he is not answering his phone calls.
I would advise against using this app!

This relates to Melbourne Australia. I would give zero stars if I could. The job was a simple airport transfer which never got past the laughable/awful quote stage. The only company to offer both directions has received 1 Star ratings consistently for not turning up, rudeness, not providing a decent service in any way - you get it. The others only offered one way with prices higher than the norm for two ways! Exorbitant prices for so so cars - clearly hoping I’d be desperate enough or ignorant enough to accept - one was over $570 for one direction!! Insane. I complained suggesting they remove someone who only rates 1 Star and that they need better drivers. Usual ‘we can’t control’ but it’s your app and you can get rid of such poor drivers or rip off artists. Eventually they asked what I wanted to pay and they would help - but I couldn’t trust them or there drivers. End of that effort. Am deleting app. I hope they sort it out and get better drivers but I wouldn’t trust any of them to even turn up for now! Beware....

We are working on attracting more carriers in Australia. We do not block carriers for low ratings giving them a change to improve their performance. Our platform works as an open auction where carriers make offers themselves hence the difference in prices.
