Hey the latest update looks great and all that but every screen transition lags up a little and stutters between choosing echelons, also I think when the apps open in any way the phone won’t charge but that might just be my phone
Game has bug and weak game support team.
I was a MICA game fan. But now I’m really upset with game bugs and MICA’s game support service.
Months ago, I reported a game sound bug that the game will lose all sounds if you switch apps. And until now, the bug is still there. Every time I switched apps, I needed to shut down this game and restart it to get the game sound back.
Another annoying bug happened on 13 Nov. The game’s theater event was supposed to update daily at 5 am server time. But on 13 Nov, theater progress didn’t update for me when I logged in at 5:30 am server time, which made me lose more than 30k event points. These 30k points was really critical as the event rewards were reduced significantly. I’ve contacted game support several times about this bug and after two weeks I even didn’t get an apology for this game bug and my lost.
It looks like MICA is giving up this old game as they are not responding to your game issue support requests. If you really want to try this game, just remember don’t purchase any in-app purchases, because you are wasting time and money and you will be disappointed eventually.
Login problem
The game is fun and good to play in the overall. However, it seems like there's a problem on logging in the account as when i click into the game everytime it'll notify me something like "fail to recognise uid" and i need to login again and again. And sometimes the loading signal will stay appearing even when I'm already at the front page and I cant press anything b/c of it.
Whenever these bugs appears I need to restart the game again.
Hope these can be fixed asap :)
