Unreliable App
I badly need to restore my previous promo as I got an online class but all of a sudden the app decided to error out whenever I tried to buy a promo. I ended up using their *143# service which is so full clutterry text which could put the user at risk of making a mistake. Ended up subscribing to a promo twice in a minute interval with the same expiration date! 99 PHP worth of credit just went down the drain. Contacted customer service - wont give me a refund nor an extension of the validity for something that I did not intend to buy and won’t be able to use - escalated but nobody called me back. Your 99PHP is nothing compared to the TIME and inconvenience you have caused me! Its not about the money but the principle of fair and honest trade, how cheap can you be stealing 99php to a subscriber that your app made vulnerable of committing mistakes? To future subscribers, stay away from this cheap app, there are better telco providers with integrity!

Disappointing Experience for Foreigners
I had a terrible experience trying to buy an eSIM with Globe PH. As a foreigner, I was forced to choose the most expensive plan (1750 PHP) through their app, even though I just needed a basic data plan. The app does not provide an option for smaller, more affordable plans, which is extremely frustrating for tourists.
To make matters worse, when I tried to purchase the local normal plan, I received an error message saying, “An error occurred.” This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially for a major telecom company. The app is not user-friendly for foreigners, and I was left feeling completely ignored.
If you’re a tourist or visiting from abroad, I highly recommend avoiding Globe PH. Their app is difficult to navigate, and the pricing system is unfair and overpriced for non-locals. It’s time they reconsider their approach to international customers.
