Nightmare! Receiving so many spam emails!!
I only purchased once, then G-market started sending me promotional emails nearly everyday. I tried to unsubscribe from their mailing list using my mobile phone, but as soon as you click into the “unsubscribe page”, your phone freezes. That unsubscribe page doesn’t work on your mobile phone. So I emailed G-market’s customer service team & asked them to remove me from their mailing list. The reply I received is: “1. “Unsubscribe” button doesn’t work in the app, you can only unsubscribe using a computer. 2. You’ll need to go through 6 steps if you want to unsubscribe on your computer. 3. If you want their customer service team to remove you from mailing list, they need a copy of your passport page in order to remove you.” How dare you ask your customer their PASSPORT page copy in order to simply remove them from your spam promotion email list!! Is this even legal?!!! This is a nightmare
