Save Log in Details Please
It is so frustrating to have to completely type my email & password EVERYTIME I have to log in. Why can’t you have a save password button or use Face ID? I would even settle for just remembering my email address. So time consuming.
Literally does not work at all
This is so and it’s not even funny
I’m trying to do a course for my job and not only does the website pester you to download the app every time you click something without a “do not show this again” button which I believe is illegal and you cannot continually display pop up adds like that
When I download the app to use the course because one of the modules literally did not work on the website it wouldn’t let me do anything
I logged in tried clicking every button and it kept saying I cannot go to this URL
Why harass me about the poorly designed app if it doesn’t even work in
Scam with bad design

Courses no longer load on phone or iPad.
Only works on computer. When opening a course it just never loads. Receive error session has expired however the app won’t sign out itself or manually anymore. Same issue regardless using 4G LTE or wifi. No issue with data connection.

The problem with the session was fixed with the version 1.4.7 of the app. If you are still experiencing any issue you can try to re-install the app. We continue to make modifications and updates to the app and hope that the response time continues to improve as we make those changes.
