Can’t accept the job in time sheet
The app is not accepting the job description in the time sheet so we can’t fill in our hours for the week.
App is really really bad
I frequently get notifications for offered shifts and then when I open the app very quickly after getting the notification sometimes there is nothing there. Even when I can see an offered shift it says “no longer available” seconds after I get the notification. I have to call and then I am told that the shift is actually available and that it must be an error in the app. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times and I am still having these issues. Nobody seems to have a solution to this problem other than to uninstall and reinstall but like I said, I have done that several times and the issue still has not resolved. I feel I am missing out on shifts because of this app.
Worst app I’ve ever used
Not even worth 1 Star!
Sends me notifications and when I go into the app there aren’t actually any notifications to view.
The app will constantly show different numbers of notifications which don’t exist.
The app icon might show I have 3 notifications, when I open the app it might show I have 2 shift notifications, when I go into the shift section there are no new notifications or new information to view.
It’s truly the pits and shouldn’t be live!
