Do not provide the service they advertise
We used goa miles app last few days in Panaji then when staying at Gonsua area near Betalbatim Beach. We had some difficulty getting drivers in town and it was terrible in the beach area, almost impossible. The app lags all the time. Drivers had difficulty finding us as our position showed different location to where we actually were. We tried to book a car 24 hours in advance to go to the airport. To do this I put extra money into my account . It was cancelled 30 mins before. I then managed to book a car but they never came . I tried to phone the driver, the number would not connect it was an invalid number. I was charged a cancellation fee! I have now left India with money left on my account.
GoaMiles does not provide the service they advertised. Book your own driver in advance!
Fraud
They are all thieves. Don't ever download this app. They have emptied my wallet. Everyone in Goa knows that this app is a fraud. Don't get fooled by the advertisement. The driver accepts your trip, then hide in a place near you and keep rejecting your phone calls until you left and then the app charges you for cancelling the trip. They are all thieves and liers. After all of this i still had 450 rupee's in my account and now i have 8 trips that i didn't even confirm on the app and they emptied my wallet for cancelling those. Don't ever download this app. You the taxies in the streets.
