Very disappointed with gocatch support and management

I was a driving for gocatch. Gocatch charged me cancellation fee for the advance booking which I cancelled within a minute of accepting the job. Advance booking was due to be completed in two days, my question is, gocatch has two days to pass the job to another driver, I don’t understand how my cancellation of job has caused trouble to the pax when his travel date is after two days.

At one instance gocatch charged me cancellation fee and also job fee for cancelling the job.
There are so many issues gocatch has in their app to address

1- why do driver job execution rate go down
-when pax cancels the job and when pax does no show up (noshow)

2- a lot of times i did not got paid for no shows on taxi jobs. waiting for pax for Five minutes and no getting paid.

3- drive cannot contact pax until goes to near the pin point , some times address i got wrong location and i have to drive to the pin and call pax and realize that i am at wrong location.

Gocatch support is very selective to which tickets they respond. Should improve

Abandoned Option

This is not right at all. If you have dedicated 24/7 Support Team, I’m very surprised that they took almost two weeks to respond to my query and even if you don’t accept the job, system sends you the same job again and again. Drivers contribute a lot in your business and this is not right to giving them a ‘bad experience’ name if they abandon the job on the top of $5 penalty fees within the first two minutes.

Their driver support is absolute pathetic in terms of response because they take forever to reply for your query. Being a driver, it gives you bad rating if you use ‘abandoned’ option. Even though, they charge you $5 penalty fees on the top of negative rating. A big fat “NO” for recommendation.

If you accept and abandon a job, it leads to a bad experience for the passenger who will now not be picked up. If you think that you may be unable to fulfil a job, we recommend that you do not accept the job.

If you accept a job, you must head to the pickup address. If you cancel the trip within 5 minutes of waiting for the passenger at the pickup address, a $5 penalty fee will be charged. This is clearly stated in the driver app before cancelling. If you arrive at the pickup address and wait longer than 5 minutes and the passenger no-shows, you are able to cancel the trip without a $5 penalty fee.
