Amazing New App
The update has made this app even better. Being able to watch a video of the exercise you are doing is a game changer. I had a bad back for many years. Nick has corrected the way I do exercises, and now being able to check my form regularly with a video tutorial for everything I do is incredible!
Golf fit pro
I have used this app since it’s inception and it has always been very good, but the best thing about it is that it has been continually improved so that now I think it is by far the best golf fitness app on the market. It has a video of each exercise with instructions. Highly recommended
Helps on the course and in daily life
Great app and advice with easy to use calendar setup and programs. Just started the new version which is easy to follow and the reminders are awesome. Already feel better and not as tired at the end of a round after only a short time using. Great support when I had a log-in issue one day.
