Chirp works with the Goodnature A24 Trap counting each pest the trap has killed - recording the day, time and air temperature. When you check your trap, Chirp sends this data to the Chirp App via Bluetooth™. With Chirp, even if you haven't seen any pests under your trap, you’ll know how many you’re catching.

Chirp keeps tracking when you’re offline - keeping your data stored until you’re connected again.

Chirp notifies you when you need to replace the lure and gas in your trap, keeping it fresh and ready to catch passing pests.

Sharing data with the Chirp App is simple and means others can help maintain your trap and monitor your success too. Perfect if you’re working with your community to solve a pest problem together.

The Chirp App shows you how your individual trapping success adds up to something much bigger. The less pests there are, the better chance native flora and fauna have to flourish again.

The Chirp App guides you through trap installation, ongoing maintenance and helps answer your questions.

Pending feature request

Reported some issues with the trap recording a false kill when it is knocked due to the way it detects the trap firing. Requested an additional option other than setting this a a test fire to distinguish between when the trap has actually fired or not. Looking forward to this option being added.

Hi, we appreciate you taking the time to post a review of your experience with Chirp, and share your suggestions on an update that would improve your experience with the Chirp App. I’m sorry you weren’t happy with the initial response you received from our customer care team, apologies if we misunderstood your feedback. We’d love to learn more about what you are experiencing as it’s not something we have encountered. Just as a double check that we are on the same page - dead rats/mice do not remain in the trap once it has been triggered. They fall to the ground and are often scavenged by other rats in the roof space (or other predators such as cats and birds of prey if the trap is outside) which is why we created Chirp, to do the counting for you.

Invalid user

Initial login was working. After a logout and later trying to login again it says “Invalid credentials”. Selected forgot password and indicates email has been sent. Still waiting for the email. This App has some serious problems.

Great product. Stop following my GPS location

Awesome product. Keeps my farm free of rodents. Recently got the chirp Bluetooth for my traps and it wants location services always on. That’s a big NO from me

We recommend app users have their location preferences for the Goodnature app marked as “always” to allow data from Chirp to be sent in real time. You can choose to only turn this setting on when checking your trap and Chirp if you prefer. If you’d like to discuss this further please get in touch!
