Great app! Does everything you need and more.
I downloaded this app to use for work because I needed something that would track my route, drop waypoints, allow comments for each waypoint and then export the data in multiple formats. This app worked perfectly! I had 668 waypoints over two days with no issues. I will say that the app did crash a handful of times over those 2 days, but each time booted back up quickly with all data saved. In addition to great functionality, the customer service is awesome. I had some questions and contacted the developer and he was super quick to respond and very helpful. This app is extremely affordable for what it delivers. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
Land, water and archaeology
A group of friends and colleagues working on the Murray River floodplain, we wanted something that would work with our informal and varied efforts in ecology, archaeology and a variety of projects. We were using Motion X but it has stopped and one of our group trialled GPS Tracks. Now we are all using it. Allows us to do everything we need and communicate easily. Map layering good, tracks, waypoints all easy. Mapping app of choice for Barapa Aboriginal group and their colleagues.
Very helpful. Our Go To App
We do professional deer culling which requires lots of walking around in the dark, often on properties we are not familiar with.
Being able to drop way points, follow your route back to your car, change the track colours, remove tracks, have accurate location, import maps for offline and on and on, is so important.
Great app.
