There is only one thing better than this app, and that’s the actual fitness classes. Ever wondered what it’s like to have group PT sessions where the trainer doesn’t sound like a Physical Education teacher from the 80’s, come along and you’ll find out! Varied sessions to work on flexibility, strength, tone and endurance.
This app enhances the classes so you can track how many spots are left in class, which session you want to go to and the associated social media platforms.
