The app is junk
Downloaded and paired with my iPhone 12 no problem and it worked as expected for the first 3 days. After that the thing would not connect, no matter what I did or how many times I tried. I followed the instructions (holding down the power switch for 10 secs etc) to no avail. I even uninstalled the app and re-installed it twice with no joy. I am thinking of returning the razor and sticking with Braun.

Hi there, thank you for taking to share your experience here with us. We're sorry to hear that you can't connect your razor to the app anymore. Please try clearing the cache in the app and then, if necessary, reinstalling the app. Hope this will help you out and solve the issue.
New Version is a step backwards
The old version was fantastic. Open app, start shaver and the app would immediately open guided shave. When finished, just put it in the cleaner and the app would immediately open the cleaning section showing how many cleans were left.
The new version? Nothing is automatic. You have to press icons and go through pop ups. Both for a guided shave and the cleaning section. Frustrating and not worth using the app now. The person that signed off on the changes does not shave or use the app.
Please fix it.
