This app is for couriers delivering to a building with Groundfloor parcel lockers. It is not required to receive deliveries.

Any courier from any delivery company can deliver to Groundfloor lockers.
Our systems provide a secure place to deliver parcels, enabling a first-time delivery every time. No more waiting around in lobbies for your customers, or travelling to upper floors to reach them. Even better, no more "Sorry We Missed You" cards! And it’s free to use.
Groundfloor™ systems eliminate the need for a signature. Each time you make a delivery a digital signature is issued and the customer receives an SMS with a one-time PIN code. Their parcel is secure until they retrieve it at their convenience, with Groundfloor maintaining a complete delivery and collection history.

Hi Qdb007. This app is for couriers delivering to Groundfloor lockers and we don't know or store courier addresses. Name and photo of couriers is required for building security and phone number so we can get in touch if you need any help. If you prefer not to register through our mobile app however you can also get added through your delivery company. Ask them to request you are added via our customer support team.
