I really appreciate it being free and the level of friendly vibes from the teacher
I love this app! I am not the type to write reviews but I just couldn’t not write for this one, first of all it’s amazing!! I am not sure if it’s like 1 unit free per day as that’s all I have done for now but that would still be amazing as I won’t over practice and get tired, and the way they teach it is also admirable I have never been so intrigued in learning to play guitar before! Thank you so much for making this app

Horrible
This App was painful to use to say the least. I consider myself a pretty competent guitarist and when I did the test to measure the speed and clarity of my playing it states that it takes you maximum speed and the next few exercises are played at 33% of your maximum speed. It scored me at 49bpm, that means the next exercises metronomes were set to 16bpm! Now I don't know whether it was the type of guitar I was using or the tuning or the microphone on my iPad or what, but 16bpm was so slow I just could not bring myself to even care to continue the exercise. I thought I would just change the tempo and speed things up a little to a more comfortable speed, but there seemed to be no option for this. I had to delete the App reinstall it and do the test again, same speed issue. Until there is a way to modify tempo or give clear instructions on how to before the tempo test better, there is no place on my device for this App.

I am sorry that you have issues with the tempo detection. We're working on improving it right now. There's an option to manually adjust the measured speed in the process of speed detection though. In case you are already past the tempo detection you can write us to support@fretello.com and we can reset it for you.

Not bad
I love it I just don’t like when it teaches me how to tune because I know how to and it takes a long time
