I’ve been using this for years

I can’t find another gym app that compares to this.

Small learning curve. But this is easy to use and follow. I’ve tried other apps but I keep coming back to this year after year.

The developer does a great job by keeping the app updated.

Update: Currently unable to sync to server anymore, after the last iOS update. Still a great app, but not sure how I’ll keep all my history if I ever change devices.

This app is by far the most versatile and adaptable training logger I have come across. It facilitates all my training logging and planning needs. I can use it for body weight, free weights or any conceivable gym machine. This is my only go to app training app now, because I can periodize routines in advance and follow a cycle. Or just conduct one off routines. My major like for this app is the flexibility it has with custom exercises I input myself. This app may seem complicated to start, but when you start to use it, you won’t need to bounce between apps during a workout. Awesome app, I tip my hat to the developer.

The saving of routines and using them regularly sets this apart from any others. Have been using since 2013 and it’s still the best.
