Really bad customer service and delivery service
I ordered some items online from Gymshark Australia, after getting the order some items are not fitting me properly, so i applied for an exchange for a different size and that different size package is taking more than 1 month to get delivered to me 😞… I ordered some of the oversized t- shirts to wear on a occasion… if that exchange items doesn’t fit me properly than I am not eligible for the ANY REFUND OR FOR ANY EXCHANGE BECAUSE GYMSHARK HAVE A RETURN POLICY DURATION OF 1 MONTH ONLY.. 😞 I wasted more than 500AUD.

We apologise for any confusion caused! If you request an exchange, you have a further 30 days from when the exchange is delivered to you to return it to us. Hopefully, this makes sense!
