Outstanding

I've been out of the gym game for years and since starting with this app the results are outstanding . Professionally structured with great results . Follow the preset workouts for 8 weeks and then change. 3 times a week will get you results. Ensure to rest as recommended each alternate day and if u must train, half hour cardio only on those days.
I'm up to intermediate body toning and this is where the results are showing . My biggest tip: eat well. Plan your meals and eat a banana pre and post workout. Or skip the post and eat one during . And remember , protein supplements are a waste of time so be sure to eat a good protein and carb meal within an hour of training . I wish you well !

Need support for multiple training programs

Frustrates me that you can have multiple workouts in your training program. I’d like to isolate a different muscle group each day.
It’s the only thing stopping me from subscribing.
