Crazy Hospital
I like this game, I’m disabled, in a wheelchair so it makes a change for me. I’ve played other hospital games, those other hospital games get pretty boring, because they repeat their levels. I’ve been playing Crazy Hospital for 24 hours, I’m already enjoying the game.

How do I start a new game? So it goes back to level 1

Good concept Absolute Terrible Design
Idea itself is good and fun but the Major design flaw and personally I think number 1 red flag is when the game is made to be impossible to complete or win. I’ve tried spending some money because I became frustrated only to realize even with the extra coins, you are miles from the actual upgrades you need. The graphs and presentation is inviting but in order to get at least a 3 you have to make it accessible. Some would call it a straight scam, I think it’s more like those rigged carnival games that rarely get a Winner. If you try it out, I highly recommend another similar game from “game house” developer - have been playing for years. Their original stories are the bar to aim for in time management rpg games. This was one was quite disappointing but can improve if the developers just listen.
Exact copy of happy clinic including the issues
This game basically straight ripped off Happy Clinic and included all the reward issues. After the first city you have to grind and grind to be able to get even a single upgrade which may not even help you progress into the new city so you keep grinding the previous city (provided you don't fail that without further upgrading it). 5/5 game instantly turned into a 0/5 game.
Go play games like grand hotel mania where at least the rewards for previous levels contribute to new levels quickly and spending a little money will get you further than spending on this game or happy clinic.
