Ratings and Reviews
Worked just fine initially at a very basic level but not a lot of individual information available on app so still need to go to website. Trouble is now is saying network error no internet every time I try to log in. Patently erroneous as all other apps, internet working fine.
Not the most intuitive or helpful app.
That being said your customer service over phone is brilliant - what you got the 2 stars for :)
When a private sector app is worse than it's government equivalent, it's time to take a good hard look at yourself. Even Medicare is light years ahead.
Lodging claims is a bare minimum function but it's not the only one. Where is the information about my coverage, even just the name of my plan? The place to update my contact info? Can't I turn my Gap Saver on/off from here? Why bother with a Settings tab if there aren't any to change?
Come on guys. None of these things require ongoing maintenance costs, your information just needs to be more accessible. I have changed service providers before because of app functionality and I'd do it again. Get with it.
The previous version was better
With the newest update, you can’t upload more than 2 photos from your phone camera without it exceeding the upload limit. So either they drastically reduced the limit or they stopped automatically resizing photos. I used to be able to upload 6-8 photos from my phone with no issues. Also, you can no longer tap on the photo to view it after you’ve uploaded it (and before submitting the claim) so it’s hard to keep track when claiming multiple services.
Why did you make the app LESS user friendly?
