Tired of deleting and reloading
I was hoping this second version would have been more reliable! I’m so tired of having to delete and reload the app when it freezes. This is something I use daily and am re downloading it at least 4times a week! Come on Healy - make life easier for us please

Ongoing Battery Issues
I have 4 Healy Devices and have had to have each replaced more than once due to poor battery performance, eg. Battery being depleted at 40%.
My new replacement device ran out at 50%, even after doing all that customer support recommended to program the battery. It is not worth sending them back for a replacement as they are all the same.
The battery mechanism in this device needs a major rethink and update.
This is so disappointing considering that the devices cost thousands of dollars.
